2. Data we process
- Account: email address, password (stored only as a hash), display name, profile address, country, language setting.
- Profile content: item title, category, self-declared value, description, uploaded photos (metadata such as EXIF is removed) and the resulting total (“Shown Wealth”).
- Technical data: when you visit the site, the server processes technically necessary data (e.g. IP address, time, page requested) in server logs.
- Cookies: a session cookie for login and a cookie for your chosen language. Both are strictly necessary. There is no tracking and no advertising.
3. Purposes and legal bases
We process data to provide your account and profiles (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and for security and troubleshooting (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). You publish public profiles yourself; you can set a profile to non-public at any time.
4. Public visibility
Anything you enter in a public profile is visible to anyone with the link and may be copied by third parties. Only enter information you want to publish. The profile and status card can be shared in messengers and social networks.
5. Recipients and hosting
The site is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich (Germany). We do not embed fonts, trackers or services from third parties. Share buttons are plain links; data only flows when you click one.
6. Transfers to third countries
The controller is located in Thailand. [Add information on safeguards for the transfer]
7. Retention
We store your data while your account exists. When you delete your account, the account, profile and photos are deleted. Server logs are deleted after a short period. [Set period]
8. Your rights
