1. Service

RICHR lets you enter self-declared belongings, calculate a total (“Shown Wealth”) and share a profile with a status card. The service is free in its current phase.

2. Self-declared information

All information comes from users and is not checked. “Shown Wealth” is not a confirmation of wealth, not a valuation, and not financial or investment advice.

3. User obligations

• You are responsible for your content and may only upload images and text you have the rights to.
• Not allowed: unlawful content, images of other people without their consent, insults, fraud, and content that infringes third-party rights.
• Do not enter sensitive data such as home addresses, account numbers or ID numbers.
• Keep your login details secret.

4. Suspension and deletion

We may remove content and suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms. You can delete your account at any time.

5. Rights to content

You grant us a non-exclusive right to store and display your content to show your profile and status card. You keep your rights.

6. Liability

We are fully liable for intent, gross negligence and injury to life, body or health. Otherwise we are liable only for breach of essential contractual obligations and only for typical, foreseeable damage. Availability of the service is not guaranteed.

7. Changes and governing law
